RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Batterywala.online, we want our customers to have a smooth and safe shopping experience. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective battery, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
• You received the wrong battery.
• The battery was damaged during delivery.
• The battery is defective or not working properly.
• You received a different product from what you ordered.
BATTERY COMPATIBILITY
Please check that the battery is suitable for your vehicle or application before ordering.
If you ordered the wrong battery because incorrect vehicle or battery details were provided, return or replacement may be subject to applicable charges.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing your order.
USED BATTERIES
Batteries that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or incorrectly handled may not be eligible for return, except where the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BATTERY
If you receive a damaged or defective battery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos or videos of the battery and packaging to verify the issue. After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned battery, an approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 working days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective battery supplied by us, we will assist with the return shipping process.
For customer-related returns, applicable return shipping charges may be paid by the customer.
